Vegetables-Healthy and Nonstarchy

Asparagus,  bean sprouts,  broccoli,  cabbage,  carrots (raw),  celery,  cauliflower,  cucumber,  eggplant,  green beans,  leeks,  lettuce,  mushrooms,  onions,  peppers-all colors,  snap peas,  spinach,  sprouts,  tomatoes (raw).

Consider eating nonstarachy vegetables at every meal and snack, including breakfast.  Eat fresh and organic as much as possible.
