A Post For Ami and Her Man-Hair, Beautiful Hair!!

Nutritional Information for hair-
All this amazing information is available in Linda Page's book 'Healthy Healing'.

Most important diet tip:eat sea greens every day for EFA's. 2 TBS dried, snipped sea greens over rice, soup or salads produces real results.

Eat foods rich in silica and sulphur: beets, parsley, sea greens, garlic and onions, sprouts, horseradish, green leafy veggies, carrots, bell peppers, eggs, apricots, cucumbers, rice, and seeds.

Eat foods rich in iodine and potassium: sea greens and sea foods for growth and thickness.

Add soy foods for phyto-hormones, plant protein, EFA's and vitamin E.

Add biotin-rich foods:brown rice, lentils, oats, soy foods and walnuts.

Drink 6 glasses of water daily.

Reduce salt, sugar and caffeine-avoid animal fats, and refined and preserved foods.

According to Linda Page, male pattern baldness emanates from testosterone levels-treat your prostate to treat your hair loss. Herbal prostate remedies-saw palmetto, potency wood, and panax ginseng.

B vitamins help hair growth (usually noticeable within 4 months): 2 TBS or more blackstrap molasses daily.

EFA's are imperative to hair growth:Evening Primose Oil 3000mg or borage oil caps.

Stress is a contributor-so AMI, massage his scalp once a week. And stop stressing out your husband. Poor, poor, guy. He needs a little reformer therapy in his life. And I know just the class for him.

check in with me. love.
