Omega-3 oils are abundant in cold water fish and sea greens, flaxseed oil, perilla oil and purslane (the number one dark green vegetable containing omega 3's. Omega-3 fatty acids increase your metabolism rid your body of excess fluids and increase our energy.

Omega-6 fatty acids are found in black currant seed, borage, flaxseed, walnut, chestnut, soy, hemp and primrose oil. Omega-6 oils are precursors for series 1 prostaglandins (PGE1) needed for T-lymphocyte immune function, kidney health, tumor protection, low cholesterol and inhibiting blood platelet stickiness.
