Cellulite Formation and Liver Malfunction

According to Linda Page, our liver is responsible for fat metabolism.  Liver malfunction is also directly related to sugar metabolism  Add to that the fact that most of us have a liver that's overloaded with toxic build-up today and you have three reasons why liver health is related to weight problems.  A poorly functioning liver is almost always involved in cellulite formation, too.  Women are hardest hit by cellulite because their skin fibers are thinner than  man's.  Fatty wastes become lodged beneath the skin' surface more easily in a woman when the liver or lymphatic system is sluggish.

The signs: 1. Extreme, unrelenting fatigue; unusual depression and sadness.  2. Unexplained, pudgy weight gain.  3. Heartburn and constipation that worsen after fatty meals.  4. Food and chemical sensitivities.  5.Bulging, pimply, skin on hips, buttocks, thighs, and knees (women); torso and stomach (men).

Recommendations: A two-week course of herbal bitters can regenerate the liver by increasing bile production.  Gaia Herbs Sweetish Bitters Elixir.  Detox your liver with Monas Chlorella.  Add B complex, like nature's Secret Ultimate B to assist liver detoxification and fat metabolism.  Cellulite Tip: Seaweed body wraps are especially good because they also squeeze cellulitic waste back into the working areas of the body so it can be eliminated.  Check out your nearest day spa for a good program.
