Vinegar

A known elixir for health since the Stone Age, Greek and Roman soldiers and Japanese Samurai warriors used vinegar as a source of strength and power.  Vinegar is an excellent, cultured food, full of beneficial organisms that help digest heavy foods and high protein meals.  Brown rice, balsamic, apple cider, herbal, raspberry, ume plum and aged wine vinegars have been used for 5000 years as health enhancers.  The most nutritious vinegars are not overly filtered (they look slightly cloudy) and still contain the "mother" mix of bacteria and enzymes in the bottle.
