Coenzyme Q10 (Ubiquinone)
is also known as Co-Q10, is an antioxidant that strengthens heart muscles, lowers blood pressure, reduces the effects of aging, and relaxes constricted blood vessels. It is synthesized in the cells of the body but can also be ingested.
