Cleansing Fruit Drinks

Fruit juices are like a quick car wash for your body according to Dr. Linda Page. Their high water and sugar content speeds up metabolism to release waste quickly. Their alkalizing effects help reduce cravings for sweets. Still, because of their fast assimilation, pesticides, sprays and chemicals on fruits can enter your body rapidly. So, eat organically grown fruits whenever possible. Wash fruit well if commercially grown. Fruits and fruit juices have their best nutritional effects when taken alone. Eat them before noon for best energy conversion and cleansing benefits.

Blood Purifier-For 4 large drinks:
Juice 2 bunches Grapes or 2 cups Grape Juice. 6 Oranges or 2 Cups Orange Juice, and 8 Lemons peeled or 1 cup Lemon Juice. Stir in: 2 cups Water and 1/4 cup Honey.

Ever Green Enzyme Drink-For 1 drink:
Juice 1 Apple, cored, 1 tub (4 oz. ) Alfalfa Sprouts, 1/2 Fresh Pineapple, skinned/cored, 3 small handfulls Fresh Mint and 1 teasp. Spirulina Granules.

Fruit and Aloe Stomach and Digestive Cleanser:
Whirl in blender, 1 Apple cored, 2 Tbs, Aloe Vera Juice and 1/4 teasp. Ground Ginger. Add enough water to make 8-oz.

Enzyme Cholesterol Reducer:
An intestinal cleanser to help lower cholesterol and allow better assimilation of foods. For 2 large drinks:
Juice 1 Apple, cored, or 1/2 cup Apple Juice, 2 Lemons, peeled, or 11/4 cup Lemon Juice, and 1 Pineapple, skinned and cored, or 1 1/2 cups Pineapple Juice

Ginger Lemon Cleanser for Allergies:
For 2 drinks (a day's supply):
1-inch slice Fresh Ginger Root, 1 Fresh Lemon, 6 Carrots with tops, and 1 Apple, seeded.

Flushing Diuretic Melon Mix:
Take on an empty stomach, 3x daily for best results.
For 1 quart:
Juice 3 ups Watermelon Cubes, 2 Cups Persian Melon Cubes, and 2 Cups Honeydew Cubes.
